Goal:
Around extreme different products and pallets dimensions in very small space develop and install a fully automatic universal system for cross strapping of palletized products.
Challenge:
Automatic vertical strapping; double transversal and longitudinal cross strapping without moving the strapping machine.Solution:
Small and heavy rolls on the conveyor allows the transport of many different heavy metal pallet containers and pallets on the strapping station. Movable driven roller bridge system for pallet support during transport to and from the strapping station. On special demand developed and adapted automatic strapping machine with apposite designed pallet rotation and positioning turntable for exactness in strap band placement.
