In Germany we have just composed line for:

Product type : Hygienic paper products
Year of installation: 2011

Goal:

combination on one single transport packaging line with using automatic strapping and automatic wrapping operations of many different extremely light and soft products on many different pallets, boxes and loaded ledges.

Chalenge:

Automation in packaging of many different pallets with soft and light products on one universal packaging line.

Solution:

Small roller diameter with small roller pitch special centering and pallet guiding system, lifting roller bridges for transport of standard Euro pallets , problematic metal containers and loaded ledges on packaging machines.
